Hermie (Niao Muhlach) joins his grandfather in a hunt for buried treasure in a remote island in the Pacific. A group of villains attack their camp and only Hermie id fortunate enough to survive. Meanwhile, a native lass named Amihan (Alma Moreno) escapes her lot as a human sacrifice to the gods of a neighboring tribe. She chances upon Hermie and takes care of him as her own brother. She also renames his Hagibis. Hermie's folks back home hire Gabino (Rodolfo Boy Garcia) and his crew to look for him. But Gabino is aware of the hidden treasure and wants it for himself. He hooks up with the villains looking for Amihan and the two forces combine to find the treasure and at the same time, get rid of Amihan and Hagibis. Will Amihan and Hagibis be up to this challenge?
