|
Darna, the most beloved of Filipino superheroes, entered the era of the 90's as a quiet, bespectacled girl reporter. Together with her younger brother, she defended the good against the many evil forces, which were lurking in the big city. These ranged from rapists to vampires and a family of gorgons that had invaded Manila by disguising as philantrophists. Aside from these, Darna was also engaged in a fight with her human self, Narda. Dennis was in love with Narda. However, Darna loved Tonton, who also loved her.
