The top-rating TV show about teen-age life came to the screen in this adventure film where the TGIS kids learned the value of friendship. A sailing trip stranded them in a deserted island. While there they learned that alone they were powerless but together they could survive whatever danger they would encounter. Petty disagreements romantic problems and secret fears all came to the surface but were happily resolved until they were rescued and reunited with their families.
