His name is Marco (Gardo Versoza) but people call him Kid. He is a poor provincial lad forced by Johnny (Tonton Gutierrez) and his armed men to flee his hometown. Some years later, Kid finds himself in Manila -- a taxi driver engaged to a beautiful nurse (Stella Ruiz). Though still poor, his life has improved, and he now has peace of mind. But one day, he encounters a passenger being pursued by a group of armed men. He survives the violent chase, but his ordeal is far from over. An attache case containing some five million pesos is left in his cab. But before he can think of ways to spend the money on, armed men led by Johnny are already hunting for him.
