From where is it possible to view movies at Mavshack.com?
Mavshack.com is currently available only in North America (USA and Canada) and Europe.

Can we watch more than one video at the same time?
You can watch up to 2 simultaneous streams from the same location (public IP address). If you would like to watch more then two different videos at the same time you may purchase an additional subscription.

Can I watch through mobile (3G / 4G) networks?
Yes you can! As long there is enough bandwidth and the provider allows live streams. 

I have forgotten my user name and password?
Your user name is the e-mail address that you provided when registering at Mavshack.com. A new password can be requested from the website.

How do I change my user name?
If you need to change your user name please send an e-mail to contact@mavshack.com and provide us with your old e-mail addres/user name and the new e-mail address that you would like to change.

How do I cancel my account at Mavshack.com?
Please send an e-mail to contact@mavshack.com and we will remove your account. Please note, that it is free to be a registered user at Mavshack.com. There will not be any charges made to you, if you haven't bought a subscription.

How much does Mavshack.com cost?
On Mavshack.com you can enjoy unlimited Pinoy entertainment for as low as $1.99 per day or $4.99 per month. Subscription is easily bought using all major credit cards through Paypal. You can also in some areas purchase a prepaid
PIN-card in selected stores. To find the store nearest to you please send an email to sales@mavshack.com.

Can I enter my payment details at a later stage?
Yes. You don't have to pay anything to register. It is when you decide to buy a subscription or limited period of viewing that you will be directed to the payment page where a purchase can be completed. 

Are my personal details secure with Mavshack.com?

How do I cancel a subscription?
If you have a reoccuring monthly subscription you cancel your subcription through PayPal. For all other subscriptions will be cancelled when they elaps.

How do I pay for my Mavshack.com subscription?
You can subscribe to Mavshack.com eihter through all major creditcards on through PayPal or through using a PIN card bought in selected stores. For more information about our PIN cards please email contact@mavshack.com

Where can I view my transactions?
Simply log in and go to the My account page that can be opened if you click on your name in the top right corner (only visible when you are logged in).

How is the cost for the streaming charged?
You need an Internet connection to access Mavshack.com In order to avoid unnecessary extra costs with pay-as-you-go tariffs, we recommend that you use an Internet connection with flat rate. The cost of Mavshack.com subscriptions
and single purchases does not include the costs of streaming. Without flat rate or after exceeding your volume limit, you will be charged by your internet provider.
